Our Workshops

Workshop 1) In this full weekend workshop Ram Dass and Joan Halifax Roshi help us to understand our own death so as to be better prepared to assist someone in theirs. Exercises and meditations help us to cultivate an ability to be Openly Present and build the inherent strength to uphold our fundamental equanimity and stay absolutely tenderhearted in the face of any condition. Workshop 2) Over three evenings Ram Dass and Joan Halifax Roshi cover the co-mingling of Love, Sex and Death. We explore the different types of love, The Caregiver/Patient relationship, What happens when we die, The isolation our society has constructed around death, as well as Suffering, Transformation, Empathy and Compassion.  More…

Workshop 3) In this full day workshop Ram Dass, Dale Borglum and Bodhi Be explore what happens when we die, as well as pain, fear, love, grief, and awakening consciousness through an understanding of death.
